If you answer NO to any of the following questions and you care about your family pet – dog, cat, or small furry friend – then this course is for you and your family:

1. Are you prepared for illness or accidents if and when they should happen?
2. Would you know what to do if you were out for a walk and your dog came back to you with a laceration on their side or another kind of wound?
3. What would you do if you were on your own and your cat came in with a broken, exposed bone in their leg?
4. Do you know what your pet’s vital signs are so you can check them if you suspect your pet is unwell?
5. How safe is your home? Can you identify everyday household objects that could potentially cause harm and know what the risks are?
6. What would you do if your pet had a seizure? Would you know what to do and what important information you need to record?
7. Can you perform CPR to save your pet’s life if you needed to?
8. Do you know how to perform a general health check on your pet?

Please bring a packed lunch. Tea, coffee and cold drinks will be provided – please note any dietary requirements when booking.

There is plenty of free parking on site. Suitable for people age 14 years and above.

Spaces are limited to 6 people per course; however, if you have your own group of more than 6 people wishing to attend, please contact us directly for availability and prices.
