This March we’ve been busy bees working on progressing the Farm Shop, Café and Restaurant. Jerry (with a special guest, Buster!) has got all the details in the update video.
So here’s the latest we’ve been working on: the cold stores are all set up, the kitchen equipment is in place, the base floor is down, and the bar area is coming together. We’ve also had advice on electrical aspects and fire safety, Weston Power have been out to install our split-phase connection, and we’ve opened into the next containers to start working on the Farm Shop.
We also held an invite-only potential supplier day at the start of the month where we met over 20 incredible producers, crafts people, and artists. It was a pleasure to connect with both new and familiar faces and discovering products that be soon on our shelves and menus. A huge thank you to everyone who attended.
We’re anticipating opening this Spring, and we’re so grateful for all the support we have for this project, and the interest we have from the local community. We’re so excited about opening and sharing it with you all.
