Our newly refurbished retirement/full livery offers 34 acres of grazing and 9 acres of woodland, in a peaceful rural location situated between Bere Alston and Bere Ferrers. With room to roam, an abundance of grass, airy stables, tidy yard, individual paddocks and high-quality specialist care, our beautiful livery will give your horse the lifestyle they deserve.
Our caring staff offer a bespoke service that is tailored to each horse’s individual needs and requirements, allow you to feel relaxed knowing that your horse is looked after with the utmost care each and every day. We know how important it is to have a close bond with your horse, and you’ll love creating happy memories, riding and spending quality time together in our beautiful countryside within an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.
We offer riding out opportunities around quiet country lanes, in addition to access to the owner's grass track around our 11-acre field bordering the beautiful woodland on site. For your convenience, an allocated parking area is sited separately from the yard.
Enjoy our secure, heated purpose-built tack room with individual lockers, separate wash, grooming & tack up bay, fully lit stable and yard areas, and individual paddocks with specialised safety fencing - with all areas at least double-gated with full CCTV coverage.
Our full livery services span every aspect of your horse's care, providing total peace of mind for owners with busy schedules. This includes turn-out, feeding, grooming, exercise, bedding, hay, attendance for vet, dental & farrier visits, worming, mucking out & more.
To ensure your horse has the best possible care tailored to their unique needs, we only accept a maximum of 8 retirement/full permanent liveries, with no part or DIY, checking each new arrival with thorough assessments to maintain continued protection to all other equines at the facility.
We take a holistic, bespoke approach to horse welfare, with fully qualified and insured specialists certified in equine psychology, care and management, in addition to veterinary assistant training.
